About Me

Hi, I'm Jackie June, an INELDA-trained End-of-Life Doula dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate one of life's most profound transitions with compassion, dignity, and support.

Originally from a small town in the south of England, I moved to the United States in my early twenties and now call St. Petersburg, Florida home, where I live with my energetic pup.

My path to this work was shaped by personal loss. In 2015, my husband passed away from ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease), and I experienced firsthand the emotional, practical, and often overwhelming challenges that accompany an end-of-life journey. That experience taught me the value of having someone beside you—someone who can offer guidance, support, and a steady presence during difficult moments.

When I discovered the end-of-life doula profession in 2020, I immediately knew I had found my calling. In addition to my training through INELDA, I hold degrees in Christian Counseling and Military Resilience, as well as a Master's in Social Work. While education has provided me with valuable knowledge and skills, it is my lived experience with grief, caregiving, and loss that allows me to meet families with genuine understanding and empathy.

My role is not to tell you how to navigate this journey, but to walk alongside you through it. Whether you're planning ahead, facing a serious illness, supporting a loved one, or processing loss, my goal is to provide a calming presence, practical guidance, and compassionate support so you never have to face it alone.
